Hannah is a skilled ecologist with over 20 years of experience and an impressive Field Identification Skills Certificate (FISC) Level 6 – a testament to her expertise in plant species identification and ecological surveying.
With extensive experience conducting complex botanical surveys, ecological monitoring and providing habitat management advice, Hannah has worked on a wide range of projects. Her advanced skills in farm and land management advice make her a trusted advisor to landowners seeking to balance productivity with biodiversity enhancement.
Hannah is also passionate about sharing her knowledge, having run botanical and habitat training courses for over 10 years that inspire and equip others in the field of ecology. Whether she’s conducting meticulous surveys or empowering others through education, Hannah brings precision, dedication, and a deep commitment to ecological excellence.
Luke Gibbons
With over 12 years of experience as an ecological consultant, Luke brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for supporting sustainable development and biodiversity. As a full member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM), he combines rigorous professional standards with a genuine love for the natural world.
Luke holds a Master’s degree in Biological Recording, along with a Field Identification Skills Certificate (FISC) Level 4, showcasing his advanced expertise in species identification. He is also licensed to conduct surveys for protected species, including bats (with a low-impact license), dormice, great crested newts, and barn owls.
Beyond his technical qualifications, Luke is highly skilled in Biodiversity Net Gain assessments, ensuring projects deliver measurable ecological enhancements. He also has extensive experience using QGIS mapping tools, enabling precise and effective spatial analysis for a wide range of ecological projects.
Luke’s approachable nature, dedication, and expertise make him a trusted partner for clients navigating the complexities of ecological planning and conservation.
